Ernströmgruppen AB has acquired 100% of the shares in Kokko Control Oy, an expert supplier for key components of industrial and power plant products. The company has a turnover of 4,5 M€ and will be part of the Flow Technology business area and integrated into Armatec Finland.
Kokko Control delivers demanding components for industrial and power plant use. Based in Espoo Finland, Kokko Control provides customers with a full-service package. Main product categories are valves, flow elements, economizers, expansion joints, fire protection, and service & commissioning incl. spare parts. Kokko Control has worked closely with this industry for over 50 years.
Kokko Control will be a strong addition to Armatec Finlands offering to the market. Through industry-leading solutions, Kokko Control has over time established a strong market position in the Finnish market with long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
