Ernströmgruppen AB has today entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Daniamant A/S group from NTR Holding A/S.

Daniamant was founded 1975 in Slangerup, Denmark and specializes in products that contribute to safety at sea. The company operates with sales on a global market from two production sites in Denmark and UK respectively with a yearly turnover of approximately 90 mDKK. Their product range consists of three product groups: Survivor Locator Lights, Bridge and Voyage Alarms, Salinity and Oil-in-Water Sensors.
