The Armatec Group, which is a part of Ernströmgruppen, has today acquired 100% of the shares in NordiCold AB.
Nordicold is a Swedish supplier in the ventilation industry that develops, markets and sells a carefully selected product range in fans and components for cooling, heating and plumbing. With a broad and deep knowledge in the product area and a strong focus on customer needs and technical development, Nordicold has since 1968 developed the business to have sales of approximately SEK 50 million with 12 employees in Gothenburg in 2021.
