Ernströmgruppen has acquired the Norwegian company Sör-Stål AS, a specialist in sheet metal processing with an annual turnover of NOK 40 million.
Sör Stål, based in Kristiansand, is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines that guarantee the highest quality and best service. Its customers span various industries, including maritime, mechanical, welding, and simulation.
Sör-Stål is an important supplier to Norsap AS, which was also recently acquired by Ernströmgruppen. The offerings of these companies will provide significant growth opportunities as they complement and strengthen each other. This acquisition also gives Ernströmgruppen production expertise and capacity.
