Ernströmgruppen AB has signed an agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in Spica Technology ApS, a highly specialized engineering company, providing complex electrical products and system solutions to leading customers in the wind industry. The turnover is 70 MDKK and Spica will be a part of business area Automation & Electrification.
Flow Technology has signed an agreement to acquire 85% of the shares in Koka OY, which provides advanced measurement solutions and system integrations in the housing and water sectors. The company has an annual turnover of SEK 95 million and 24 employees.

Ernströmgruppen’s subsidiary MCS Elektrotavler has acquired Powercontrol AS, a Norwegian producer of electrical panels with design and manufacturing based in Drammen. The company had a turnover of 46 MNOK in 2023 and will become part of the Electro Cluster within Ernströmgruppen.
Ernströmgruppen strengthens its position within Industrial Products by acquiring 70% of the shares in Livallco Stål AB. Together with sister company AB Pegol, Livallco will be able to offer more customers a wider range of products through a greater supplier network with the ambition to meet customers’ demands for a competent, flexible, and agile partner within Industrial Products.
